"The Proving Grounds"

In the military, they never just go to battle without putting things to the test first. David knew it was not right for him to use Saul's armor, but he knew what God had used to allow him to slay a bear and a lion, his sling. He went to battle with Goliath with what he had proved, and only after practicing. Shepherd were know for accuracy with slings.

What is your weapon in the battle for souls? Are you even in the battle yet?

Not to worry. What you might need is for someone to help you along, teach you, and allow you to come out and put it to the "Proving Grounds" to when you are back on your own you can "Minister Where You Are"!

Through our parent ministry, Wayside Harvesters, Inc., we have opportunities for you to take skills we can teach you Biblical Evangelism, and allow you to be helped along at outdoor events where we reach many for Christ. We train you to reach both children and adults with the gospel.

It is fun, you get to watch and learn directly at the side of many who have preached the gospels to hundreds and thousands of people, and you will leave knowing you were involved in the Lord's work, with a new skill with eternal affects.

Many say they don't witness because they never have been shown how to do it. We are here to equip the saints for that very purpose. We don't teach classroom theory, but mix classroom and actual event experience where you will get many opportunities to overcome the fear of men, for the sake of the lost.
